1. Consultation fees
Our Consultation Fees are generally within the guidelines set by the Singapore Medical Association. We accept all the major credit cards and cash. We do not however accept cheques.
2. Consultation
We generally seek to allocate a longer consultation with each new patient to fully diagnose and explain the condition to the patient. This is also dependant on the patient's medical condition.
3. Languages
We have translators within the clinic who can speak Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Hokkien, Teochew and Tagalog.
4. Timing of consultation
We try and keep patients on schedule. However, there may be occasions when Dr Adrian Saurajen is called away on an emergency. We would oftentimes try to call the patients to keep them informed and to make any necessary changes.
5. Investigations
Should you require investigations done, blood testing, xray, CT scanning, MRIs are located within the hospital and medical centre complex

Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre is wheelchair friendly
7. Surgery
Should you require surgery, our clinic will make a booking for you. Depending on whether you need admission, you will be directed to on the day of the surgery, you have to be fasted for at least 6 hours.

You will need to be admitted at least 2 hours before the surgery start time. This will be given to you by the clinic administrator For day surgeries, patients are allowed to go home 4 hours after surgery has been performed once they are stable. For inpatient surgeries, patients will stay overnight in the hospital. Please bring all you xrays and investigations to the hospital on the day of the surgery.
8. Insurance forms
Please bring in all forms to be completed. We will fill them for you as soon as possible.
